With over 22 years in the fitness industry I offer a wealth of experience and in depth knowledge.

 

Due to my own sporting background as a young man, I developed very unique training sessions mixing various, effective, training disciplines, to achieve specific, pre-agreed goals.

Gym based target resistance workouts using volume, outdoor bootcamp workouts utilising hills, boxing circuits with & without contact, crazy spinning classes, exercise preparation for triathlons and even badminton sessions for agility, speed, power and focus.
