Hi everyone my names Ste. I’ve been in the personal training industry since 2016. In this time I’ve helped so many people achieve their goals. Before I became a personal trainer I played semi professional football for Tamworth FC. I played 2 seasons before breaking my ankle.

My specialities are weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, circuit training and LBT. If you are struggling to get motivated in the gym or need to improve self confidence then I’m here to help.

My sessions are hard but enjoyable. You will work hard but have fun doing so. If this all sounds good to you then why not let me help you start the journey to a fitter you and let’s turn those excuses into goals.

Not only do I do 1-1 sessions but I also do buddy up sessions where u can either train with another family member or a friend.

My sessions are priced at £32 a session but if your wanting to block book then we can save you a little bit of money
